Membership FAQs

When does enrollment open?

Enrollment into our coach content membership community and plans opens on the 15th every month and closes on the 25th. We are not able to open enrollment for anyone outside of these dates as we run a "closed membership" style business. Make sure you're signed up to our newsletter for all the announcements!

Who is this content for?

Our content is generic enough content to be used by all kinds of different wellness coaches. It is best for the Solopreneur who struggles doing all the things and needs to save time by outsourcing content creation.

Our content does have some faith-based blurbs sprinkled in for the Christian niche of women coaches who are giving glory back to the Lord. It will be easy to revise, edit or remove those parts if you wish.

Is the content the same each month?

Not exactly! While you will receive a lot of the same basic items (promos, newsletter, daily posts, etc) there will be a new theme & color scheme for each month. The items you can count on will depend on which membership package you select.

What kind of files do I get?

You will receive a wide range of files depending on the content. For the most part you will receive: PNGs, JPGs, PDFs, Word Documents, Dropbox links and Canva Template links. However, please note that some of the Canva Templates will have PRO items in order to make more improved graphics. If you ever have issues or questions, we're happy to help!

Do I get lifetime access to the content?

You will have access to all the content available in the club as long as you are an active member. The monthly content will be removed by the 15th of each month so we encourage you to download it to your computer before then! As long as you download the content, you will always have access to it! 

If you do decide to cancel your membership, you will no longer be an active subscriber and will not have access to the hub or upcoming monthly content & bonuses.

Can I customize the content?

Most definitely! Even though most of the content is already done for you, we encourage you to use the **Canva Templates provided or edit the graphics & posts to make this your own.  It's important to be yourself and reflect your own personality! Add your own special spark to attract your target market and tribe! They are following YOU for a reason! 

*Please note some extra bonus files outside of the monthly content will not have Canva templates. We also won't be able to customize and add logos for anyone at this time due to our workload.

**Some Canva Templates will have PRO version elements. You'll just need to upgrade or edit/remove these items.

When is the next month's content added?

Promotional materials are added in two weeks before the new month. The full release of all the content will be added into the membership club at least 1 week before each new month. We hope this gives you plenty of time to edit any templates, schedule your posts and add your own voice!

*NOTE: if you cancel your subscription and signed up before the 15th of the month receiving that month's content - you will NOT gain access to the next month's content.

Can I share this with my team?

All membership content is for your own use with your clients only. Due to the amount of time and effort that go into creating these it is NOT to be shared with your team or other coaches. Each coach must sign up for their own membership to have permission to use the content.

Do you have an affiliate program?

We do! If you're a CCC monthly subscriber you may sign-up as an affiliate at www.coachcontentcollaboration.com/affiliate - You will earn 20% of the sale for each person that uses your special referral link. You will be paid out within 2 weeks and every month you and they are still signed up. Share with 6 friends and get your monthly content essentially FREE!

What types of payment do you take?

Currently we only take major credit cards. Your card will be charged each month when your subscription renews. If you are having issues with your card being declined and need it to be retried, please contact us.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you will be sent an email asking you to update it right away. Your payment will be automatically re-tried a few more times within 8-10 days. You will receive an email every time it fails. If we cannot process your payment by the 4th time, your membership automatically gets cancelled and you will have to re-sign up on one of the current plans available.

Do you have International content?

Currently, we are a US company and only speak English. Please understand we won't be able to translate the content for you. If a Canva template is provided, you may self-edit that. BONUS content is not provided in Canva templates.

What types of recipes are provided?

Most of the recipes included in either the posts, meal ideas or any bonus content will be plant-based and as close to whole-foods as possible. If a Canva template is provided,  you may edit or add your own recipes to fit your preferences.

What are your terms?

All sales are final on digital products and we do not offer refunds. You may NOT forward, share, sell or distribute the file(s) to your coaches, other coaches or other teams. You may NOT claim any purchased digital products as your own or re-sell them AS IS. You must edit and rebrand as your own for resell. Copyright is not transferred to you upon purchase. CCC retains all rights. Thank you for respecting our policies!

What happens if I cancel my entire account?

If you cancel your account, you will no longer receive any contact from us or have any access to products you have enrolled in. Also, if you were in our private FB group you will be removed as a member. Our FB group is for free clients & current club members only.

Do you have business hours?

Yes! We believe as small business entrepreneurs it's very important to set dedicated work hours. Our hours are mainly Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4PM. We hustle hard during our hours and do not work weekends (unless it is an emergency)!
